These illustrations of Guile and Chun-Li were made by Japanese artist Edayan who has worked on multiple Street Fighter videogames. These dynamic illustrations are the last Street Fighter characters he drew for Capcom. The Certificate of Authenticity for this print with Guile and Chun-Li is signed by Street Fighter's Excecutive Producer Yoshinori Ono.
