Eighties' disco is back with Stefanie Joosten's 10-track music album Singing to the Sky! Co-written by none other than Euro disco legend Giorgio Moroder, who also acts as Executive Producer, the vinyl edition of Joosten's debut album is exclusively available through this website.
Singing to the Sky celebrates disco and pop in 80s style, and features music legends such as drummer Matt Sorum (Guns ‘n Roses) and legendary blues guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd in several tracks. The record is mixed by Dave Way, known for his work with Michael Jackson, Alice Cooper, Mick Jagger and the Foo Fighters, and was mastered by Howie Weinberg, who has 21 Grammy awards and is known for his work with Nirvana, Aerosmith, Beastie Boys, Cheap Trick and Run-DMC, amongst others.
Stefanie Joosten is a Dutch actress, model and singer and is currently featured in the upcoming video game, Wanted: Dead, where she plays gunsmith Vivienne Niemantsverdriet, and in Soulstice, where she voices two characters - the sisters Brirar and Lute.
The vinyl (in the color "shocking pink") has ten brand new tracks.
