Arjan Terpstra
Arjan Terpstra is a video games writer, historian and curator, and staff writer for Cook and Becker. His work is focussed on the history of video games, game design, and game art, resulting in illustrated history titles PAC-MAN: Birth of an Icon (with co-author Tim Lapetino), the Sonic the Hedgehog 25th Anniversary Art and Design book, the FINAL FANTASY XV Art and Design book, 120 Years of Vlambeer and Friends, and a book on Killzone Visual Design.
As a video games curator, he is involved in games curation for the Storyworld Museum in Groningen (The Netherlands), where he programmed exhibitions on Tomb Raider (2022), and PAC-MAN (2020). In 2021, he was guest curator on the travelling Game On exhibition (Barbican Centre) in Forum, the Netherlands.
As video games writer, Terpstra has writer credits on Horizon Forbidden West (Guerrilla, 2022), and PC game Blaze Revolutions (Little Chicken Games Company, 2019).
