In 2016 we released the official 'Sonic The Hedgehog 25th Anniversary Art & Design Book' together with SEGA. When we were planning the reprint for this book earlier this year, since the 25th Anniversary edition was selling out, it was clear to us that we wanted to not only reprint the book but also update it! Three mainline Sonic The Hedgehog games were released after the 25th Anniversary book went into production, namely Sonic Mania, Sonic Forces and Sonic Team Racing. We wanted to add those to the book.

The intention for our Sonic The Hedgehog book has always been to deliver the most definite, official volume on Sonic's art and design history. So we're very happy to have been able to update it with 32 extra pages that cover Sonic Mania, Sonic Forces and (briefly) Sonic Team Racing. The official 'Sonic The Hedgehog Art & Design Book' (we dropped the '25th Anniversary subtitle) is available from today for pre-order and will ship the first week of November this year.

Since this book is a continuation, we only updated the cover subtly. We made the Sonic drawing a little big bigger on the slipcase and dropped the 25th Anniversary logo. The 25th Anniversary edition will not be reprinted. We only have some copies left of the incredible Collector's Edition. The Collector's Edition not only features the original book with the Anniversary logo, but also an original screen print by Yuji Uekawa, a beautiful box and a special slipcase that also doubles as a book stand.
