Roman van der Haven (born 1983) lives and works in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. After having worked for years in the creative industry for studios and clients such as Nintendo, Guerrilla Games, Virtual Fairground and London agency Slide, his interest is now with VR and his personal art. His motivation to move away from work-for-hire came from a dream he had about a black pineapple, the Piña Negra, that led to an explosion of new, creative inspiration.
